But first, let’s get to know one another. I’m Rachel & I have Type 2 Diabetes, super high cholesterol and a bum thyroid. I weigh 213 lbs, as of this morning. I am on a journey to living a healthier* lifestyle.
This blog won’t just be about fitness, or cooking, or my illnesses- it’s gunna be my outlet to document this journey. (Although I’m sure cooking and fitness and feeling shitty will be mentioned!)
So far, I’ve made it 6 days. (Chipotle is muh liiiife.) My fiancé, Jhami, is quite the cook, while I hate being in the kitchen. But, I’m learning.
